Essential Business

Apr 15, 2020

As you know, Mail Management Group is an Essential Business and we’re keeping our doors open despite this pandemic, with masks firmly attached to our faces to keep each other, our clients, and the mail we handle safe from any possible infection.

Lest there be any confusion about the spread of COVID-19 through the mail, here is the official word from the USPS:

“Importantly, the CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html), the World Health Organization (https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/q-a-coronaviruses), as well as the Surgeon General have indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail.” (emphasis theirs)

You can read the full statement here (https://about.usps.com/newsroom/statements/usps-statement-on-coronavirus.htm).

So whether you are working from home today or are wearing masks like us, know that you can communicate with your customers, prospects, or any contact list you may have (or that we can acquire for you) without fear of sending them to an ICU. They won’t even need to wear a mask to read and respond to your offer.

Things are tough for business these days and if we can help you stay in touch with your company’s revenue lifeline, we’re ready to assist. Masks and all.

Most sincerely (and safely),

Rachel L. Murany
President
